This zesty dressing is creamy, tangy, and naturally sweetened—made without seed oils or artificial ingredients. Just real food that honors your body, your health journey, and the Creator who gave us everything we need to thrive. 🌿 Zesty French-Style Garden Dressing (Vegan-Adaptable)
A wholesome twist on a classic, perfect for fresh greens and intentional living.
Ingredients (Makes 7 servings):
- 1/3 cup avocado oil mayo
- 1/3 cup all-natural ketchup (no high fructose corn syrup)
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce (use vegan if preferred)
- 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar (with the mother)
- 1 Tbsp raw honey (or pure maple syrup for vegan)
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
Spices:
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
🥄 Instructions:
- Add all ingredients to a mixing bowl or mason jar.
- Whisk or shake until well combined and creamy.
- Taste and adjust: Add more vinegar for tang, or a bit more honey/maple if you like it sweeter.
- Store in the fridge for 7–10 days (if it lasts that long!).
